Why I run this
A year ago I was running my business alone, and I was overwhelmed to the point of burnout. Over the last year I built an AI operating system for my own business, step by step, as the technology kept changing. Today my business runs on it, with around 20 AI employees that keep my head clear and keep me focused on the work only I can do.
I have already helped business owners and solopreneurs build their own systems one to one. This cohort is the first time I teach it to a small group, live, on your own business.

What a second brain is
A second brain is a folder of your business with AI on top. You give the AI access to the whole thing, and from then on it works with your full context: your knowledge, your voice, your offers, and everything you have ever created.
The files are the source of truth. The AI reads them, understands you from them, and writes new ones for you. You give the direction, and the AI does the file work.
It lives with you and stays yours. If you change AI tools tomorrow, your second brain moves with you.

How it runs
- Session 1: Wednesday 18 November 2026, 18:00 to 20:00 CET
- Session 2: Wednesday 25 November 2026, 18:00 to 20:00 CET
- Session 3: Wednesday 2 December 2026, 18:00 to 20:00 CET
Each session is live on Zoom and hands-on. I show each step on my screen, and then you build it on yours, in small groups in breakout rooms. I move between the rooms, and every group gets my hands-on support. You never sit and watch for two hours. You build, and I help you while you build.
Between the sessions you get individual support from me and a short piece of homework, so you arrive at the next session with your build moved forward. A WhatsApp group runs alongside the cohort for questions.

After you pay, you get a welcome email from me with the Zoom link, the WhatsApp group and what to prepare for the first session.
Not sure which one is for you? The Claude bootcamp (10 to 12 November) is for learning Claude itself and setting it up for your own work. The Second Brain cohort (from 18 November) is for building the system your whole business runs on, with any AI tool that can work with the files on your computer.
FAQ
- Do I need to know how to code?
- No. I am not a developer, and I built my own step by step, so I know which parts need guidance. You need basic AI knowledge and the patience to go through a setup step by step. I guide you through every part of it.
- Which AI tool do we use?
- I build in Claude Code inside VS Code, and that is what you see on my screen. You can follow along in Claude Code (VS Code, terminal or the Claude desktop app), Claude Cowork, or Codex, on a paid plan. Your second brain lives in files on your computer, so a chat window alone cannot build it. The files are yours, so your second brain is not tied to one tool.
- What if I miss a session?
- Every session is recorded and the recording is yours to keep. The homework and the WhatsApp group help you catch up before the next session.
- Is this the same as a done-for-you build?
- In the cohort you build your own, with me guiding you live. If you want me to build it for you, book the free call below and we talk about your business first.
- What does it cost?
- €447 until the end of Sunday 8 November 2026, then €647. One payment, for all three sessions and the recordings.
